Program Elements

Eligible employees can choose between:

A lump sum of $30,000

OR

Program Eligibility

Must Satisfy All

  • Employed as of February 1, 2024
    and retire on or before June 1, 2024
     
  • Age 60+ 
    as of May 31, 2024  
     
  • 10+ years of state service

    under employees’ respective retirement plans   
     
  • Either a full-time management/confidential employee, or a member of an unclassified bargaining unit, subject to the respective union's agreement.

1. Who is eligible for the Retirement Incentive Program?

All criteria must be met to be eligible
